Refund & Returns Policy

IN STORE POLICY

If you change your mind about an in-store purchase, please return the unused items to us in their original condition/ packaging and your receipt of purchase within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. 

This policy is in addition to your legal rights involving a faulty item. If the item is faulty, we can offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on earrings and sale items. 

ONLINE POLICY

If you change your mind about a purchase you have made online. Please contact us with your name, order reference and your refund reason to info@sorellehomeandgifts.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should use a service that offers sufficient cover for the value of the item and obtain proof of postage. We will not be held responsible if the item does not reach us.
